This last fall we were able to go on some fun hunts. Jesse took Matt and Danny to the blessed state of Wyoming first to do an archery deer and antelope hunt. He had a ton of fun. Thanks Jesse!!
He said there were so many animals it was fun just to be able to see them all and watch them.
The next hunt we went on was the Utah deer hunt. I got to go on this one too and even had my own tag. It was a lot of fun!!
Everyone was trying to find a deer for me to shoot it was super nice of them. I had three guides all to myself!! :)
Here is my deer!!! It isn't a trophy but I spotted it, shot it from about 250 yds, and cleaned it all on my own... well I was coached through the cleaning and Danny helped me near the end... but other than that the only thing I didn't do was drag it out. Probably not the best thing to do when your four months pregnant. I took all the gear at least. It was really exciting and a lot of fun!! Thanks for all your help Matt, Danny, and Jesse!!!! It has actually even been a pretty tasty deer. Beau eats it like crazy which is really nice! And thanks to Kathy for watching Beau so I could go!!!

This year has been so busy, but we can't complain cuz all we have done is played and gone on fun trips like these. It made the year just totally fly by though unfortunately!!
