The things that make kids laugh. Pretty much anything Beau does makes Brock laugh. He totally idolizes Beau and you can guarantee if Beau does it Brock is going to also..... Let's hope Beau makes good choices or we are in big trouble!!! :) Brock is obsessed with being on the table, ALL DAY. Drives me crazy!!!!
Boating with the Mortensens... Thanks for taking us you guys... makes Matt miss his boat!!! Brock wanted to be in the water the entire time and kept trying to jump out of the boat.

He went through this horrible phase of smearing everything he ate all over his face and in his hair; sure glad that is over. Then he decided he needed to sit at the big table even though he couldn't even see what was on his plate, but it got him to start eating his food. Like I said, crazies!!!
Beau's first day of PRESCHOOL!!! He was SOOOO excited and so excited about getting a Transformers backpack. He loved it and so did I. Brock still misses him while he is gone and says Beau everytime we drop him off. I have to wake him up to go get Beau, and if I say lets go get Beau he jumps up as fast as he can and gets all excited even though he is still graugy. I hate waking him up though.
So the 2nd time Beau was at school I was getting ready and Brock got some forever stay lipstick. WOW talk about a product that doesn't lie!!! I scrubbed with everything i could possibly think of and it didn't come off all the way for over 3 days. And af course that is the day i HAD to go to the store. Talk about feeling like a great mom!!!
Matt let me go hunting with him this year, which was great. We love going!! Saw a ton of animals but none he wanted got close enough. Oh well maybe next year we still had a ton of fun. Thanks Kathy for watching the boys. They love staying with you and we love being able to let them!!!

Matt's aunt Susan sent Beau these gardening gloves, and he was so excited. They came at the perfect time too; we were doing a ton of yard work, and he was mad that mine were too big. Thanks Susan you are so sweet!!
We got to hang out with Marshall and Elise a few times which was totally awesome. They played so hard by the time we got the cameras out they were worn out!! Thanks Ashley; we miss you guys, LOVE YA!!!
Beau is getting so big it is totally freaking me out. I can't believe he just turned 4!!! He is so funny though and never ceases to amaze me with what thoughts run through his little brain. Love it!
Beau has decided this is the only way to sleep in the car! Brock looks so grown up in his big boy carseat.
For once Brock was the leader of this little game!! 'If the bum fits... climb in it' is their motto!!! 
They are so stinkin cute and are starting to play together which is so cute. A mothers dream come true!!!
Beau wanted his toe nails painted so I did and he was so excited then he stopped and said, "Is Daddy going to be mad at me?" Ha ha no but probably mad at mommy :) Brock thought this was pretty funny.

Grandma was so sweet and took Beau for a horsey ride. He was so excited and still talks about it at times.
Beau went fishing with Dad and caught his first fish. He was pretty excited even though it was super small.

I got a rifle tag this year and Matt didn't, so he was my support team :) I'm so grateful he lets me go hunting with him. We really have a ton of fun together!!! Thanks Mom, Dad, and Sisters for watching the boys while we played. We really appreciate it!!
I accidentally hit an artery and pulled it out while I was gutting him and it sprayed me in the face. OOPS!! and Yes I do the gutting. Oh and my hat is incredible...a true fashion statement. You'll see it on the runway next year!!!
So here is the story. There we were..... jk. Opening morning we were allowed to go on Matt's Dad's friends property (thanks so much) and we saw a bunch of deer moving through but it was still pretty dark and our binos weren't working for some reason so we watched some of them spar and move slowly through so there were five bucks. The bigger ones moved out of sight too early and there were 3 smaller ones left and I could tell it was a buck and that I could take him in one clean shot plus there were a bunch of hunters on 4 wheelers ready to go up when it was light enough. So I told Matt I was going to shoot and I did and he fell right where he was standing and died. I hate the thought of injuring an animal and having it run off hurt so I was pretty excited, even though he wasn't a monster buck. Tons of fun. Thanks again babe for being man enough to take me hunting with you. I love you so much!!! 
Happy Halloween!! Brock is definately my child. He wanted to trick or treat longer and Beau was totally done then it took all my effort to keep Brock from sneaking into the treats and eating them all any chance that he got. I finally threw most of it away. Never thought that would happen!!!!

Like two peas in a pod..... or blanket!!! Beau is starting to like that Brock idolizes him. He holds his hand when they walk anywhere and it melts my heart. Brock gets the biggest smile on his face sticks his hand out and says "Beau hand". Cutest ever. Although it isn't so cute when Beau is telling Brock to go do something naughty then laughs and as soon as Brock does it Beau does and then says "Brock did it first!!" Nauhty I tell ya!
Growing up FAST
We took the boys to play mini golf and Beau talks about it all the time. It was so stinkin cute watching him play. I loved it. We also went to the State Fair and ate ourselves sick!!!
I found this one day and about died laughing. Beau thought that if he didn't touch the handle he wouldn't have to wash his hands. Man I love that kid!!! Although he was wrong and did still have to wash them!!
Brock likes to lay by... or on.. Beau when he is watching cartoons. 
Beau is very particular about how he watches cartons in the morning!! :) 
I looked over one morning while I was cooking breakfast and Brock was saying a prayer!!! Guess my cooking really is THAT BAD!!!!!!!!!! This was the first time Brock "licked" an ice cream cone and I thought it was the cutest thing ever with his cute little tounge!

This year for Christmas my brother Travis and his super cute family came for a visit and my whole family went to Logan and stayed at my parents!!! It was super fun, but I forgot my camera cuz I am a loser!!! I love my family like crazy and am SO BLESSED to be a part of it. They are all AMAZING!! Love you all so much thanks for putting up with me!!! Thanks for coming out Travis and Emily, we miss you guys and love seeing you!!!
We had so many things planned for Beau's birthday and that night he ended up with croup and we had to cancel it all. Then he got a double ear infection and we are all still sick!!! LAME!! So we still haven't done his birthday plans yet!!! How sad.
So I think Matt was more excited about Beau's birthday present he got him. He played with it.... I mean "showed him how to use it".
