So I have been a little busy this year and keep thinking we are in May... but no it is July. Time flies!!!

Before we had Brock we went and did a bunch of stuff we knew wouldn't happen once we had a baby.....

~Went pheasant hunting with Jesse. Had a lot of fun and perfect weather. It was a much needed outing!!

~Took Beau to the Zoo. He thought it was pretty cool, but it was still cold so not many of the animals were out and several exhibits were closed. Oh well it was still good I was about seven the last time i had been to a zoo, so i am pretty easy to please :)

So I get ginormous everywhere when I am pregnant and it was good it was a week before I had him cuz I don't think I could have gotten much bigger without bursting. At least Beau had a nice seat to sit on and frequently did!!!!

There was a little monkey thing that kept jumping up on the ledge and looking right at Beau it was so cute and Beau was just laughing like crazy.

~We also took him swimming which is one of his favorite things ever, he asks to go every time we turn down redwood... which is A LOT!!! :)

When I finally pulled all the stuff out for the baby, Beau would disappear and sit and try to put everything on. It was funny but really annoying after the 10th time each day.

So here is a catch up of pictures. They are all out of order but this is what we have been up to lately. It might not seem like it, but we have been super busy but it has all been fun!!!
Beau's favorite thing to do is cook with me. It drives me crazy, but he thinks he is so cool so every time I am in the kitchen he is right there with his chair.

Beau likes to put on my makeup but at least he still plays with trucks... right??? :) It makes Matt so mad, but I think it is pretty funny.

Gotta start him body building early. He thinks if he has his shoes and gloves on he can go outside to play.

He loves to go for rides in his dump truck. It is quite entertaining to see me try to push him around as fast as he wants to go, so pretty much Dad is the only one who gets that privilege now.
When he figured out how to climb out of his crib he decided he needed to make "beds" all over the house. Finally we converted his crib into a bed and while we were doing it he was crying and begging us not to cuz he loved his crib, but once Matt was done he was the most excited, happiest little boy ever. It was really cute. He loves his bed now and all the freedom he has.

He insisted on putting these on while I was folding one night.

Beau loved playing in the snow unfortunately he didn't want to keep his gloves on but insisted on staying outside. It was quite the internal battle for him and luckily he chose to keep them on so he could stay outside longer.

Halloween

The pumpkin patch. I love this picture he just looked so content.

Matt was the master carver, mine sucked, but Matt's even had several people take pictures with their kids sitting by it.

He could have cared less about trick or treating, but he loved seeing the kids and hearing the doorbell ring. A few days after the doorbell rang and he ran to the door and said "trick or treat."

Football

This fall Danny's football team made it to the State Championships. He played really well and we were really proud of him. It was always fun to watch his games. Grandma and Grandpa came down to watch it which was a lot of fun. It is always good to get to see them.

It was hilarious, that balloon kept hitting Grandpa in the face and Grandma was completely unaware of it. It kept Grandpa and I laughing for quite a while.

Beau kept stealing Grandma's shoes so he could wear them around. He loves wearing other people's shoes.

Christmas
Grandma and Grandpa came for Christmas too, we have been spoiled with how much we get to see them this year it has been great. The weather was beautiful this day and it was nice to get outside and be able to breathe clean air.

Danny was pretty excited about getting wipes for Christmas, but who wouldn't be :)

Beau loves having people read to him, so he was in heaven this Christmas!!!!

He also loves Danny and follows him around all the time. It is pretty funny.

He got lots of fun toys!!!

Before Christmas Travis, Emily and Alyssa came for a few days. It was so much fun to get to see them and Alyssa is so stinkin cute!!! One of the nights we went to Temple Square to see the Christmas lights. It was really fun. Beau still asks all the time to play with Travis and "Issa". We miss them lots!!!

I love this temple; it is just so amazing to me that it was built with hand tools and no modern machinery. It is especially beautiful with all the Christmas lights!!!
