So this year for Thanksgiving Matt's Grandparents bought us tickets to fly to Arizona. It was the first time that most of his family has gotten to meet Beau. Matt's aunt Susan even flew back early from LA visiting her best friend. Thanks Susan!! It was a lot of fun and of course good food. You gotta love Thanksgiving for that. He didn't do the best on the plane going, but on the way back we were a little more experienced and he slept almost the entire way. YEA!!! And leave it to me... but I pulled out my camera to get some pictures and don't worry cuz the battery was dead. Luckily Matt's phone took pretty good pictures and had a ton of space. While we were there we even got to see Ben and Debs and Dave and Joanne. We miss you guys!! Well just want to say thanks again to Grandma and Grandpa for flying us down it was so good to see everyone and spend time with them. Thanks for a great week. The weather was so beautiful we went to the park and on a few walks. It was so wonderful. Matt and Danny even took a dip in the pool a couple days.

Today I mowed my lawn for the last time this year!!! How sad, I quite enjoy mowing the lawn and today was a beautiful day to do it, and yes of course I did it in my flip flops. I also got to clean up all the flower beds and garden box.

Isn't Beau so nice to me!!! He was tired from destroying my house. I pulled out an eyelash and it made a perfect smiley face (click on it to see it, its pretty sweet), so I was taking a picture and Beau snuck into the bathroom and unloaded a roll of toilet paper. I even had it turned under to try to prevent that. Apparently that made no difference. Matt even tried to tell me he wasn't going to use it unless i re-rolled it...RIGHT!!!! Then Beau went and pulled down this little stand I have with a picture and some candle holders on it. Luckily only the candle holders broke. I didn't get a picture of that cuz he was sitting by a bunch of glass and i thought if I gave him another second he would probably cut himself. He did all this in about 10 min tops. I was a little worried it was a sign of how the day was going to go. All I can say is, "NAPS ARE A GLORIOUS GIFT FROM ABOVE!!!"
This is definitely NOT the first time he has done this. He has gotten super naughty this last month. He can now get into EVERYTHING and of course the naughtier the more fun and desirable. He even knows how to not get into trouble. Yesterday he was pulling my hair out (i don't know why but he loves to do this) so I told him no a few times until he looked at me and i said "No Beau that hurts" so he put his lips up to mine like he was giving me a kiss. The look on his face was priceless. What a stinker. Here are some pics I have had for a while. Some of them are of the same thing over and over, but imagine now how often I see him doing it.

Beau went with me to vote and kept trying to close the screen thing.

Finally I put him down and luckily they weren't busy so a couple of

the workers played with him until I finished.

Happy Halloween!!!

For Halloween Beau was Tigger. My sister made this awesome costume when Spencer was about the same age and spent so much time on it that she wanted it to get used again. I was happy to use it.... no time finding a costume and it was free... does it get any better than that??? NO!!! :) It was pretty funny watching him try to crawl in it. We took him and Spencer around to visit some people and give him a taste of Trick or Treating. They hit the jackpot when we went to Audrey's old office. There were tons of people loading them up with treats. It was pretty funny. Spencer opened a sucker and Beau started yelling cuz he wanted it. OOPS I wonder where he learned what that was. :) He ended up missing both naps, so he was done when we got home. He was awake for a few trick or treaters, and he thought that was pretty cool until Matt shut the door. Oh well. Next year will be pretty fun with him. And don't worry, I have already been told there are many a costumes waiting for him. I'm the luckiest person ever... or should I say Beau is lucky... this way he won't end up something lame and last minute. :)

We went to surprise Grandma at work.

This is our pre deer hunting trip pic. It was also the very first time we left Beau over night. I won't lie it was actually quite nice. Don't get me wrong I missed my little man like crazy, but it was fun to spend some time with Matt. During the deer hunt we left him with more people and more than he has ever been left his whole life. By the end he was pretty used to it.

This years hunt was pretty crazy. There were MILLIONS of hunters and hardly any deer. I think the whole season we saw a total of 6 bucks. Four of which had already been killed by other hunters, one was too small to shoot, and one had already been killed. We didn't even hear that many shots which is unusual. It was pretty sad cuz I was way excited to shoot my first deer, so needless to say the deer won this year. Hopefully they were just good at hiding and not going on the extinction list. :) It was fun to go though, and Danny, Jesse, and Matt are always fun to hang out with. We had some good laughs.

I know it doesn't look like we are very serious hunters, but we had our moments... besides hiking miles is for the crazies.... ha ha

I will say it is always nice to be outdoors.

It makes you truely appreciate where we live!!!!
